Pre-Orders

• Delays caused by suppliers, production, or transport do not qualify for compensation, but you may request a refund before the item is shipped

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on location and whether items are made to order.

• Delays caused by the courier
• Packages lost due to incorrect address information
• Customs delays (for international orders)

You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Danish consumer law.
Return conditions:
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
Defective or damaged items:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Happy Friday Studio follows eco-friendly and small-batch production.
Products are made using PLA and other sustainable materials.
Please note:
• PLA is durable for long-term indoor use
• Items should be kept away from high heat sources
• LED bulbs must be used for all lamp products to ensure product longevity
11. Limitation of Liability
Happy Friday Studio is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Losses caused by misuse of the product
• Damage caused by using non-LED bulbs in lamp products
• Delays outside our control
Our total liability for any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
